How it works
When you book a service with us, you can request a CitNow ("see it now") video free of charge.

Once your assigned technician has completed your vehicle inspection, you will be sent a link to a video of them walking you through any issues discovered on your car, including an explanation of the probable causes of these issues and what you should do next to get them fixed.​
